Project manager / construction manager in the office - heat pumps (m/f/d)

We are a self-financed scale-up for heat pumps and photovoltaics. Grown from 5 to 50 employees in 12 months, without investor pressure, continuing to grow.

Responsibilities

• PROJECT OWNERSHIP - Managing projects from commissioning to billing
• SUBCONTRACTOR COORDINATION - Hire fitters and subcontractors, set deadlines, make unpleasant decisions yourself
• COMPLAINT PROCESSING - Transfer tickets from Customer Success, clarify the cause, assign the responsible sub, close the case
• MATERIAL ORDERING - Initiate and track orders
• INVOICE APPROVAL - Check invoices, enforce deviations yourself, issue approval within a defined framework

• RELIABILITY - Promised = kept. If something goes wrong, you report it yourself, in a timely manner, not when asked.
• CONTROL AT A DISTANCE - You managed external companies without an on-site presence and obtained binding commitments by phone or email.
• COMMUNICATION STRENGTH - Clean emails, complete tickets, precise documentation. Your application email is already a work sample.
• CONSTRUCTION REFERENCE - training, profession or both: trade, construction TGA, building technology, construction management, internal service, warranty management, etc.
• Suitable backgrounds: order processing, processing, logistics & shipping, construction management, internal service, complaints management, event coordination, technical internal service, purchasing & scheduling
• No exclusion criteria: studies or university degree, master's degree or SHK training, heat pump or PV experience, management experience, formal project manager title
