Responsibilities

• You turn projects into a predictable success formula.
• You monitor planning, progress, quality and project margin.
• You are keen on contract management; you monitor the scope and know how to capitalize on opportunities for additional or reduced work commercially and qualitatively.
• You are a strong discussion partner for contractors and end customers and ensure that mutual contractual agreements are professionally fulfilled.
• You ensure that engineering and implementation work together seamlessly.
• You keep a cool head during unexpected turns and guide complex escalations to a structured solution with a calm, decisive hand.
• You prevent problems before they arise.

Requirements

• You are someone who brings structure and dares to make choices.
• HBO or WO education (technical or business).
• IPMA-D certified, with IPMA-C within reach (or the ambition to achieve this quickly).
• Demonstrable experience with project and contract management within a technical project environment (experience in the Dutch infrastructure sector or with UAV-GC is a strong advantage).
• Strong commercial and financial insight (KPIs, budgets, margins).
