Role Summary

Coordinating projects around

  • evacuation systems
  • broadcaster (PA/VA)
  • audio
  • Assess technical design and make modifications where necessary
  • Coordinate with engineering, implementation, Schiphol and partners
  • Taking permits, safety rules and construction phases into account
  • Ensure that work is carried out safely, even with passengers nearby
  • Identifying and limiting risks for people, technology and logistics
  • Ensure that documentation, changes and transfer are correct

You think along technically, but keep an overview.

Requirements

What are you bringing?

  • MBO+ or HBO (Electrical Engineering, Audio, ICT or similar)
  • Practical experience with audio and safety systems
  • Understanding of working in environments with strict safety and licensing regulations
  • Peace and overview, even if the environment is constantly changing
  • Good command of the Dutch language

As Project Coordinator Audio Safety & Security, you are the technical hub behind evacuation, broadcasting and intercom systems at Schiphol.

You come from the field and know how installations really work. You now use that knowledge to technically prepare, adapt and safely execute projects.

You work less physically, but you stay close to the technology.
