Production worker

Role Summary

We are looking for a person to join our team who wants to develop in a modern production environment. In this position, you will be responsible for operating CNC machines, carrying out tasks in accordance with the production plan and quality control of the manufactured elements.

We are looking for a person who is precise, committed and has experience in working at a production station, preferably using CNC or similar machines.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PERSON WHO

• is accurate, responsible and committed,
• organizes own work well,
• can work in a team,
• is ready to learn and acquire new skills,
• has experience in operating CNC machines or in a similar production position (a necessary condition),
• communicative knowledge of Polish in speech and writing (a necessary condition - necessary to communicate with the team and understand work instructions).

Responsibilities

• implementation of the production plan according to the schedule,
• operation of CNC machines in accordance with applicable standards and instructions,
• preparing the machine for operation and checking the correctness of settings,
• manufacturing elements in accordance with technical documentation and quality requirements,
• ongoing quality control of manufactured details,
• monitoring the correct course of the machining process,
• reporting faults, inconsistencies and technical problems,
• keeping the workplace tidy and well organized,
• compliance with health and safety rules and standards applicable in the company.
