Role Summary

Join our production team as a Production Operator and play a key role in delivering quality products every day. This is a hands-on opportunity where your attention to detail and teamwork will make a real impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment used in the manufacturing of powdered metal contacts.

• Follow work instructions and operate mixing equipment
• Setup production furnaces to run at specific settings
• Monitor press equipment and perform adjustments as needed to maintain quality
• Perform first piece inspection using gauges and operate SPC software
• Perform changeovers on various equipment
• Use SAP software to complete order transactions
• Maintain production records and documentation
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment (5S)

Requirements

• Ability to read and understand written materials
• Ability to follow work instructions
• Ability to clearly communicate with team members
• Ability to stand and perform repetitive work for long periods of time
• Ability to work safely in manufacturing environment
• Basic computer skills
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required

• For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $31.23 - $31.87 per hour. In addition, this position is eligible for overtime pay and may also include premium pay or differentials, depending on location.
