Technical discussion with Head of Product and Head of Sales, including a small task.

Optional final round.

What you send: CV (with a focus on clinical relevance and relevant roles), a short cover letter about your motivation and – if available – work examples (case studies, articles, blog posts, social content).

Responsibilities

This is what awaits you

  • Personas & messages: You develop your own, credible messages for the decision-makers (CEO, CIO, management) and the users (surgical management, chief physicians, anesthesiologists, department heads) - in clinical language, not in feature language.
  • Content that provides evidence: You are responsible for value propositions, use cases and customer stories with measurable results (e.g. less overtime, higher planning precision) - as one-pagers, slide decks, video scripts and webinars created by the group's marketing team.
  • Empower sales: You provide the sales and customer success team with what they really need: battle cards, arguments for handling objections and proof-of-value stories for acquiring new customers and upselling.
  • Market & customer understanding: You get insights from customer interviews, win/loss analyzes and healthcare trends - and translate them into positioning and material.
  • Measure & sharpen: You measure the impact of your content qualitatively and quantitatively and improve it iteratively according to the pattern “changed due to feedback X → result Y”.

Requirements

This is what you bring with you

  • Proximity to the clinic: You know everyday hospital life from your own experience (e.g. nursing, anesthesia, surgical service, replacement or internships) - or understand surgical procedures so well that clinicians believe you.
  • Communication talent with substance: 3+ years in product or content marketing in B2B (ideally healthcare) - or a strong clinical background plus proven communication talent. We expressly see the lateral entry from nursing into communication as a plus.
  • German at a native level, spoken and written, with the ability to make complex things simple - “explain it to me like a 5-year-old” is a compliment for you.
  • Impact thinking: You think in terms of measurable results, not in pretty slides.
  • Empathy & listening: You take your counterpart with you instead of texting them.
  • English is an advantage (reading/writing) for international collaboration.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor/Master in Marketing, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management or similar.
  • Proven publications, articles or thought leadership; own social media activity is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of GDPR and data protection in healthcare.
  • Working securely in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Honestly – this role isn’t for you if you:
  • have a quick buzzword answer ready for every question,
  • When mentioning your successes, you forget to talk about results and your team,
  • prefer to talk about the HOW rather than the WHY (the real benefit for people)
  • Measurability and impact leave you cold.
  • On the other hand, if you listen, ask questions, simply explain things and measure your work by results - then we should talk.

Benefits

Your chances and possibilities

  • Flexibility: Hybrid work, work remotely and on a daily basis in our representative office with a roof terrace in Berlin, directly at Friedrichstrasse train station
  • MacBook: All employees receive their own MacBook as a work device when they start at nextOR.
  • Ambitious, future-relevant projects: At nextOR you will work with us on the development and expansion of an innovative and growing startup and its brands in the areas of 'AI as a Service' and 'Data-Driven Consulting'. Lots of projects await you here where you can use your creative skills!
  • Creative freedom: We value your ideas and offer you space for your personal, part-time projects and professional development. You dare! We trust you!
  • Employee participation: At nextOR you have the opportunity to participate in the company with growth and profit.
  • Events and sports activities: In addition to the summer festival and Christmas party, we organize employee events and sports activities several times a year. Join in, have fun and get to know the staff better - at nextOR, work becomes fun!
