Product manager (m/f)

Role Summary

• In-depth technical understanding of electric servo motors, drives and motion control systems including PLCs, VFDs, encoders and resolvers
• Comprehensive knowledge of the product management lifecycle, from ideation to launch and phase-out
• Experience with market analysis, competitive intelligence and product strategy development
• Creating product plans and defining requirements
• Collaboration with development (R&D) and engineering teams, with an emphasis on agile methodologies
• Monitoring market trends and innovations, especially in the field of electric drives and motion control
• Monitor sales, profitability and other key performance indicators (KPIs) for your product line and take actions to improve
• Providing necessary training and technical documentation to the sales team to sell products effectively
• Carrying out other work within the framework of professional competence

Requirements

• VII. or VI./2nd level of education (mechanical/electrical/mechatronics)
• A higher level of knowledge of the English or German language - B1
• Good proficiency in working with office tools
• Understanding of technical documentation, plans, calculations
• Knowledge of electric motors and electrical machines and their standards and regulations
• Sales orientation
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
