Procurement Officer

Role Summary

Who will you work with?

As part of the company's expansion, we are looking for a new addition to our team. You will be part of a team of 13 people and report to the Procurement Leader.

How can you contribute to the change and development of our company?

• Securing material for production
• Issuing and checking the fulfillment of orders
• Adjustment of orders based on documents from production planning
• Stock tracking
• Matching of received invoices to material
• Communication with suppliers
• Cooperation with other departments (purchasing, production planning, quality, logistics and warehouse)

What will you need?

• University / Secondary school education
• Experience in any Supply Chain industry is welcome, but not a requirement, we also welcome a skilled graduate
• Knowledge of AJ or NJ at a communicative level
• Strong analytical thinking and excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of MS Excel
• Independence and diligence
