PreMaster project management and product support in series production (f/m/div.)

Role Summary

You take responsibility for a product portfolio. You work closely with production and jointly develop countermeasures in the event of incidents.

You lead your own improvement projects and analyze processes in order to develop improvements together with the process engineers and increase yield.

You will be in close contact with the quality, logistics, production, development and product management departments in the factory in order to advance your product portfolio.

You work at the interface with customers and suppliers.

Requirements

Education: Above-average completed university degree (Bachelor) in engineering in the field of industrial engineering, natural sciences or a comparable course of study and the specific intention to subsequently take up a master's degree

• Personality and way of working: self-initiative, independent, team player, conflict able, creative, assertive and systematic
• Experience and know-how: technical understanding and initial experience in the field of sensor technology is an advantage
• Enthusiasm: Interest in working in a production environment
• Languages: very good spoken and written German and English

Benefits

The Bosch PreMaster program is a two-stage qualification program for committed bachelor's graduates who aim to complete a master's degree. After completing your bachelor's degree, the first phase offers up to 12 months of practical experience as part of a gap year in order to get to know the technical and entrepreneurial context.
