Role Summary
As a PreMaster student, you will support our experienced team in the further development of the Bosch production system BPS in the inertial sensor value stream and support the implementation of the BPS system approach in the manufacturing environment. You lead improvement projects from planning to sustainable implementation.
You design the goal derivation process of the value stream. You consolidate the business requirements, monitor the key figures, create a transparent picture of the current status and derive potential for improvement in the flow of materials and information.
You analyze existing standards, optimize them and introduce new standards. You will also design and implement methods in the manufacturing environment.
You support the implementation of the digitalization strategy within the value stream and work on digitalization projects.
You drive holistic BPS development in the areas of source, make and deliver and, for example, carry out value stream analyses.
You actively coach lean management methods and are the contact person for production, engineering and support departments.
Requirements
- Education: completed studies (Bachelor) in the field of engineering, industrial engineering, production management or a comparable
- degree program and specific intention to pursue a master's degree afterwards
- Experience and know-how: ideally initial knowledge in the area of lean management
- Personality and way of working: structured, independent, flexible, systematic, committed, holistic thinking, team player, communicative, creative, responsible and quick comprehension
- Languages: good German and English, spoken and written

Benefits
The Bosch PreMaster program is a two-stage qualification program for committed bachelor's graduates who aim to complete a master's degree. After completing your bachelor's degree, the first phase offers up to 12 months of practical experience as part of a gap year in order to get to know the technical and entrepreneurial context.
