Role Summary

You are actively working on the strategic development of the Bosch Production System BPS and Planning Guide Line PGL in the semiconductor sector.

You support the team in the roll-out of the BPS@SO strategy within the IPN (International Production Network).

You are responsible for adapting existing and developing new standards and methodologies for planning semiconductor production.

You derive tools for layout, factory and value stream planning.

You define work packages and their implementation in order to ensure “production readiness” at the start of production during the planning stage.

You support system CIP projects (improvement projects) to ensure continuous improvement of production.

Requirements

  • Education: Above-average completed studies (Bachelor) in the field of industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable course of study as well as the specific intention to pursue a Master's degree afterwards.
  • Experience and know-how: ideally initial experience in optimizing manufacturing processes and their planning, confident in using MS Office, Excel macro knowledge is an advantage
  • Personality and way of working: structured, flexible, team player, communicative, creative, committed and goal-oriented
  • Languages: good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
