Role Summary
For our PreMaster program we are looking for committed bachelor's graduates who want to combine the theory of a master's degree with business practice.

Responsibilities
The following specialist tasks await you
- Gain experience and live creativity: As a team member, you will fully support us in developing marketing concepts, content creation and distribution on digital channels and offline media.
- Implement and coordinate reliably: In collaboration with product and online marketing managers, you research and prepare content and coordinate collaboration with external agencies and internal departments.
- Take responsibility: You will be responsible for carrying out sub-projects such as updating the website and print media, creating newsletters or creating graphics and video material. You coordinate the measures with partners, agencies and international marketing managers.
Think ahead and implement multi-channel marketing: You coordinate your project timings and work packages proactively and independently. You support the roll-out of marketing measures for various channels (e.g. newsletter, website). You take into account the different requirements and formats of the individual channels.
Help shape the future: You get creatively involved in organizing and implementing marketing campaigns and work on cross-team projects from the communications mix.
Requirements
- Education: Completed university degree (Bachelor) in the field of economics, industrial engineering (e.g. with a focus on marketing, business administration), media economics or a comparable course of study with the intention of taking up a master's course.
- Experience and know-how: initial practical experience in marketing or project management, confident in using MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel), affinity for digital media, knowledge of graphics programs such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator are an advantage.
- Personality and way of working: committed, strong communicator, team player, independent, reliable, structured, quality-conscious.
- Enthusiasm: Enjoy working with texts and content, affinity for bicycles, eBike and mobility is a plus.
- Languages: very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written.
