Requirements

Main functions of the vacancy

  • Guarantee the review of customer requests and correct and complete issuance of service orders to different areas.
  • Ensure the preparation and printing of Certificates, reports and reports of the Sector.
  • Ensure the timely channeling, distribution and sending of national and international correspondence from the sector.
  • Follow up on support areas related to the service order generation, certification and/or pre-invoicing processes under your responsibility.
  • Guarantee the truthful and timely delivery of all necessary information, both internal to the coordinator and/or supervisor, and that which must be provided to the external client.
  • Ensure the organization, control and updating of files, documents, and sector supplies associated with your work.
  • Guarantee customer service and post-sales monitoring of the services provided.
  • Ensure timely information to your immediate boss about any non-compliant product in your process or customer complaint and/or claim.
  • Ensure their participation in the detection of corrective, preventive actions and improvement plans.
  • Ensure participation in both internal and external audits, scheduled by the Natural Resources sector.
  • Provide support in the logistics of operations whenever required.
  • Maintain effective, timely and cordial communication with clients, for the proper development of the service.
  • Monitor the correct and timely generation of purchase orders associated with their assigned processes.
  • Ensure the timely provision of income and its distribution in the different associated cost centers, with the approval of the coordinator and/or lead supervisor.
  • Guarantee correct and timely billing process, from pre-invoicing of services to the final closing of work orders.
  • Generate service receipt minutes and follow up with buyers and approvers on behalf of the client.

  • Salary: $2,730,958 + night, Sunday and holiday surcharges.
