Role Summary

• After successful training (approx. 1.5 years), the extrusion line system operator is 100% responsible (m/f/d) for:
• Setting up, operating and monitoring the extrusion systems
• Technical leadership and support of the assigned staff within the shift
• Independently rectify faults and initiate immediate measures
• Implementation of order planning on time and in accordance with quality
• Active participation in production trials
• Careful documentation of product quality and feedback on process orders (SAP)
• Carrying out maintenance and cleaning work
• Ensuring order and cleanliness in the facility area
• Training and instruction of new employees

Requirements

• Willingness to work in 3 to 4 shifts
• Very good social skills and the ability to provide professional guidance to employees
• Strong safety and environmental awareness
• Motivation to learn new things
• Very good technical understanding and a flair for numbers
• High reliability, flexibility and resilience
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written German (at least B2)
• Professional experience in a craft environment
