Role Summary

The PedidosYa Market team is growing and we are looking for you to be part of one of the businesses that has expanded the most within our company. PedidosYa Market is the first 100% digital market that delivers food and household items from 10 minutes after placing the order and where the user experience is the focus and success of the business. It is a chain of stores, strategically located, closed to the public and intended only for online sales and delivery.

We have opportunities for you! We are looking for Pickers for our OrdersYa Market in Lima.

Responsibilities

• What challenges await you?
• Carry out picking (order assembly) and packaging of orders ensuring the expected level of service (place order in a timely manner, aligned with the correct packaging process and without modifying orders).
• Receive and stock merchandise in compliance with the company's safety, hygiene and order standards. Record everything in the inventory system in a timely manner.
• Ensure and control that the merchandise is as requested in the purchase orders.
• Ensure and control expiration dates and the quality of the merchandise received (cold chain, breakages, etc.).
• Stock and label products on racks in an orderly manner. Suggest changes in the order of merchandise that improve picking productivity.
• Maintain a neat and clean work area.
• Identify and communicate potential opportunities to reduce costs and keep them below the target.
• Be able to perform daily work with limited supervision.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of the product portfolio offered and the demand for each of them.
• Participate in the inventory control process.
• Participate in the process of collecting and delivering orders to riders.

Requirements

• Experience in replacement roles (merchandise management, cash management, or similar. (Desirable).
• Availability to work rotating schedules.
• Teamwork.
• Responsibility and commitment.
• Flexibility, dynamism and proactivity.
