✨ Would you like to be part of an educational project that seeks to reinvent how health talent is formed in Spain?

From HR Lean, we accompanied Farma Leaders Talento in the incorporation of teaching staff for the launch of a new university degree developed together with the Camilo José Cela University.

This is an innovative academic project that was born to reduce the distance between scientific research and the real implementation of innovation in the market, training professionals capable of leading the transformation of the Pharma, Biotech and health technology sectors.

We are looking for teachers who want to go beyond traditional teaching and participate in an educational model based on active learning, real projects and innovative methodologies.

• 🎓 Open teaching areas
• We are looking for a responsible teacher for subjects within the following areas:
• Fundamentals of Marketing and Consumer Behavior (6 ECTS)
• Fundamentals of Market Analysis (6 ECTS)
• Fundamentals of Business Models in Health (6 ECTS)
• Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship and Business Management (6 ECTS)
• Business Economics (6 ECTS)

◾ What will your role be like?

Phase 1 | Academic design (June – September 2026)

Design of the teaching project together with the academic team.

Preparation and recording of asynchronous content and training materials.

Development of deliverables and learning experiences.

Phase 2 | Teaching and support (starting in September)

Online synchronous teaching delivery (mainly between September and May)

Tutorials and monitoring of students.

Evaluation and monitoring of learning.

The approximate dedication per subject is 30 hours per semester (15 hours of teaching + 15 hours of tutoring) for groups of up to 30 students.

If this number is exceeded, the teaching load would be increased proportionally.

Class schedules: preferably in the afternoon, but they will have flexibility and will be coordinated according to the teacher's agenda.

◾Collaboration mode

June – September 2026: professional collaboration in freelance mode.

Since the beginning of the academic year (September): teaching hiring through the Camilo José Cela University in remote mode, with the possibility of specific face-to-face meetings in Madrid, previously coordinated.

Requirements

• Doctorate (PhD) in the area related to the subject is essential.
• English level C1.
• ANECA accreditation (valuable; if you don't have it, you can also apply).
• We will especially value
• University teaching experience.
• Professional experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and health technology industries; health consulting; health management.
• Knowledge of active learning methodologies.
• Familiarity with digital tools and collaborative environments (Notion or others), as well as use of AI applied to teaching.
• Collaborative mentality and orientation to educational innovation.
