Role Summary

At the eder agency we have been focusing on professional product communication for over 50 years. For international customers from the automotive and industrial sectors, we create state-of-the-art communication tools for digitally marketing, explaining and selling their products. We inspire our customers with the entire diversity of digital product communication. From the CGI visualization of stills and animations, virtual product experiences, interactive media, content creation to our configurators - the digital world is our second home. Responsibilities

• Supporting managers and employees in all personnel-related topics
• Coordination and implementation of applicant management, from publishing the job advertisement through job interviews to drawing up a contract
• Optimization of existing and implementation of new HR processes
• Conducting employee interviews on various occasions
• Taking over payroll activities in collaboration with our accounting department
• Creation of personnel-related documents
• Ensuring compliance with labor law and operational requirements

Requirements

• Completed studies with a focus on human resources or a comparable qualification
• Current knowledge of labor, payroll tax and social security law
• Confident use of MS Office
• Proactive, careful and structured way of working
• Reliability, confidentiality and loyalty
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
