Performance Marketing Lead (m/w/d) - 100% Remote

We're not looking for marketing employee number 47. We're looking for a player who has already proven that he can bring profitable marketing in the B2B sector to scale - high 5-6-digit monthly budgets, clear numbers, real results. Now we are looking for someone to take this to the next level.

Responsibilities

• What you do with us
• Full responsibility for all paid ads channels (Meta, Google primary) with high 5-digit ad spend per month
• Optimize, test, track ads
• Build image creatives yourself with AI without waiting for a design team
• Write video creative briefs, work with videographers and editors, and if necessary take part in filming days yourself
• Set up and test new funnels and landing pages
• Copywriting for funnels, ad copies, B2B and B2C mailings, CRM and calendar workflows
• Weekly exchange with GF & Head of Sales directly via Performance
• Tracking monitoring and expansion with new funnels and offline conversions

Requirements

• Who we are looking for
• Young, hungry, ambitious - you want to build something, not just manage it
• Been an agency founder or an external B2B agency/software company that has been proven to be profitable and scaled to at least 1 million+/year (no Ecom)
• 2+ years of marketing experience, ideally in an environment: recruiting agency, personnel agency or headhunter
• Essential experience Meta + Google: Lead Gen for B2B decision-makers
• Meta Ads and Google Ads expertise with already managed high 5-6 figure budgets per month
• All-rounder: AI Image Creatives, no-code tools, basic GTM knowledge, tracking
• Solid in prompting with GPT/Claude etc. - that's not a nice-to-have, it's mandatory
• You know the target group of salespeople and B2B decision-makers/managers inside out and know exactly what makes them tick (or you can quickly think your way into new target groups)
• You can withstand pressure and responsibility and remain rational with numbers, even when everyone wants a quick solution
