As a Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you manage six-figure advertising budgets every month and are the contact person for customers on all aspects of growth marketing.

In order to get the most out of your performance, you can expect flexible working hours and the freedom to choose whether you work on site in the heart of Berlin or in your home office.

Responsibilities

• You work with well-known brands like yfood, Koro and nu3
• You manage six-figure advertising budgets every month
• You are the contact person for customers
• You develop new marketing strategies and concepts
• You work closely with the creative team and develop high-performance ads

Requirements

• You have at least 2 years of experience in performance/growth marketing
• You have experience in e-commerce and ideally have already worked for an agency
• You’ve already managed high monthly advertising budgets
• Your focus is on paid social (meta)
• You speak German at native level
