Passenger preparation and reception employee (m/f)

Role Summary

Your place of work is the modern Franjo Tuđman Airport in Zagreb, and the most important thing in your job is to focus on preventing risks, predicting potential threats and creating a feeling of carelessness.

As an employee for the preparation and reception of passengers, your job includes:

• giving instructions to passengers before the security check
• providing other necessary information to passengers in a friendly and professional manner
• maintaining a high level of security and professional behavior
• participation in training in accordance with the needs of the job and in accordance with the Law on Private Protection and regulations on the protection of civil air traffic

Requirements

We are looking for a kind and communicative person who likes to work in a team, but knows when it is necessary to do his work independently. A person who practices a positive and optimistic attitude towards work and colleagues, likes to help others, and integrity, responsibility and conscientiousness are high on her priority list. Considering that communication with passengers is everyday, in addition to fluent knowledge of the Croatian language, knowledge of the English language is also necessary. If you have a security guard license or certificate(s) of the Croatian Civil Aviation Agency, you get an advantage.
