Paid User Operations Intern (TikTok LIVE)-2027 Summer at TikTok in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day VIP user operation inquiries and support
• Conduct NPS research and surveys for paid/VIP users
• Provide VIP user care, including gift distribution, feedback follow-up, and related engagement activities
• Perform content analysis to deepen paid user understanding and generate actionable insights
• Carry out daily data monitoring to support the team's operations and reporting

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Media, or data-related discipline.
• Strong communication skills; Fluency in English and Arabic as working languages, with strong oral and written communication skills in both, to support communications and cross-functional collaboration with global markets and key stakeholders based in Arabic-speaking markets, where Arabic is a primary working language.
• Strong interest in user operations, community building, and the live-streaming / social media industry
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Analytical mindset with comfort working with data and basic reporting tools
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with TikTok LIVE or other live-streaming platforms
• Deep understanding of MENA/SA cultural nuances and local user preferences
