Role Summary

Responsible for market development and pre-sales technical communication of inverters in Southeast Asia and Europe.

Develop regional sales strategies, implement them, and achieve performance growth targets.

Assist SU to develop and maintain customer resources, and rely on customers to increase regional revenue.

Linkage SU builds and maintains a cooperation network of regional agents and partners.

Link all SUs to collaboratively develop customers in key industries, maintain customer sentiment, and achieve sales targets.

Requirements

1. Basic requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, majors in international trade, marketing, automation, electrical engineering and other related fields are preferred;
• Applicants with more than 2-3 years of overseas business development experience, familiar with the Southeast Asian or European markets, and mature channel resources or customer resources are preferred;
• Fluent in English, which can be used as a working language, and capable of business negotiation, technical communication and copywriting;
• Able to adapt to overseas business trips (estimated to be about 10% per year).

1. Professional ability:

• Those who are familiar with industrial automation products (such as inverters, servo drives, PLC, etc.) and understand low-voltage inverter products and applications are preferred;
• Have overseas market development capabilities, including market research, channel construction, customer development and project follow-up;
• Able to independently develop regional sales plans with each SU and promote implementation.

• Proactive, results-oriented, with strong ability to withstand pressure and self-drive;
• Strong communication and coordination skills, good at cross-department collaboration (cooperating with technology, supply chain, and after-sales teams);
• Sensitive to the market, quick learning ability and customer service awareness.

Bonus points

• Master small languages (such as German, French, Thai, etc.);
• Have experience in promoting overseas exhibitions and industry summits;
• Familiar with international certification standards (such as CE, UL, etc.).
