As an Operation Manager, you’ll be reporting to Global Operations Director and working as part of our China Operation team. You will be managing a perimeter of nearly 800 people covering our global Inspections Operations Process, from order reception to report submission. Your role in this will be to:

• Leading a team of nearly 800 people, including different on-site branch managers, team leaders and back-office functions in China region.

•Ensuring high performance of Inspections Operations, focusing on Productivity, Reactivity and Innovation.

•Monitoring business KPIs and cost control.

•Engage and grow a team of high potentials talents within your perimeter, to anticipate internal growth and new businesses’ integration.

•Overseeing all aspects of Operations Excellence: from client claims and supplier relations to regulatory compliance and back-office processes supervision.

•Delivering the highest standard of services quality while enhancing cost optimization measures to meet within budget.

Requirements

First of all, we want someone who

• A degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or any related Education background.
• 2-3Years of industry related experience related to global Retail, Quality Management, Manufacturing and in a role strongly exposed to performance management.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with professionals at all levels within the organization.
• A strong work ethic of discretion and professionalism.
• Fluency in English.

Accept education and training in production safety, be equipped with the knowledge of production safety necessary for work, like dangerous agents, prevention measures and emergency procedures.

Know the hazard risks at workplace and follow up the lab safety requirements;

Use appropriate PPE at work area, if and when required and be aware of: the risks appropriate PPE will control or minimize , report immediately incase the PPE is worn off or lost, maintenance and inspection arrangements of PPE;

Report hazards to HSE coordinator when find;

Familiar with escape map, be equipped with usage of extinguishers and some escape skills.
