Technical information, presentation and marketing of the corresponding AbbVie products to established specialists and specialists in clinics, taking into account Section 76 of the Medicines Act (AMG) “Duties of the pharmaceutical consultant”
Implementation of the brand strategy
Market analysis based on the available data, analysis of the regional market with regard to the development of sales of your own product as well as that of the competition, identification of potential and critical developments
- Conception, coordination and implementation of an area plan in the infield team
- Competent customer management, i.e. active advice from doctors, pharmacists and, if necessary, health organizations
- Conception, organization and implementation of training events as well as presence at regional and national events
- Formation and expansion of networks between clinics, practicing physicians and other interest groups that play an important role in patient care
- Collection of market information and customer insights; Determination of customer position in the sales cycle
- Proactive communication with the regional manager
- Professional reporting: timely and proper completion of all administrative tasks
- Collaborate effectively within the infield team and beyond, promoting open communication and a constant exchange of experiences and ideas
- Proactive and continuous commitment to customer needs
- Shared responsibility for achieving regional goals

Requirements
This is how you make the difference
Successfully completed university degree in natural sciences, pharmaceutical sales training or required expertise in accordance with Section 75 of the Medicines Act
- Basic knowledge of GxP
- Experience in working in an infield team and in responsible interdisciplinary project management in a matrix organization
- Solid knowledge of the therapeutic area
- Several years of field service work in the pharmaceutical industry with proven above-average sales success is desirable, ideally in the therapeutic area
- Ability to present complex scientific relationships in a way that is tailored to the target group and to discuss them with different customer groups
- Highly persuasive, as well as a strong presentation and closing personality with strong communicative skills (challenger methodology)
- High level of ability to continuously adapt to changing market conditions and your own
- To align working methods innovatively and on your own initiative
- High level of motivation and energy to pursue and achieve goals
- Excellent performance management to continuously optimize target achievement in sales
- Strong digital competence and experienced use of field service programs (Veeva CRM and CLM, XPM, WebEx etc) as well as MS Office
- High analytical skills paired with creativity
- Pioneering spirit and strong will to succeed, which also includes your own further development within the company.
