Role Summary

In our laboratory in Fillinges (74), we are recruiting a Nurse (M/F) as part of a full-time permanent contract.

Responsibilities

• Biological samples: Take blood, bacteriological and mycological samples in the laboratory, respecting current protocols and ensuring friendly and secure patient care.
• Welcoming patients: Ensure a warm welcome, inform patients about the progress of the samples and answer their questions.
• Medical secretariat: Registration of patient files, collection, etc.
• Sorting samples: Centrifuge, decant and package the samples for transport to the technical platform
• Participation in the quality process: Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of the laboratory quality system.
• Consumable stock management: Order from suppliers, receive orders

Requirements

• Required diploma: State Nursing Diploma and ideally valid AFGSU2
• Laboratory technicians are welcome, provided they have the sampling certificate

Qualifications required

• Rigor and sense of organization
• Team spirit and good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with precision and autonomy
• Sense of service provided to patients and respect for procedures
• Stress management
• Experience in a medical analysis laboratory is a plus, but beginners are also welcome. Training will be provided upon your arrival.
• Knowledge of HEXALIS software is a plus

Benefits

Hours: 35 hours per week on average, with variable hours depending on the schedule. 1 out of 2 Saturday mornings worked.
