Multi-Schemes Senior Auditor

Role Summary

SGS is looking for a Multi-Schemes Senior Auditor to join the Livorno office.

The resource will be responsible for planning, managing and executing third-party audits at clients belonging to different industrial sectors, ensuring compliance with certification standards and accreditation requirements.

The ideal candidate has consolidated experience in management systems, is qualified as a Lead Auditor on multiple schemes and demonstrates autonomy in managing audit activities and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute certification, surveillance and renewal audits at client organizations.
• Independently manage complex and multi-site audits.
• Draw up audit reports and technical documentation according to company procedures and accreditation standards.
• Support commercial development through maintenance and consolidation of customer relationships.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure high quality standards.
• Ensure maintenance of your qualifications and technical skills on assigned schemes.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Engineering or other applied technical-scientific disciplines.
• At least 3-5 years' experience in a similar role gained in certification bodies, consultancy companies specializing in management systems or manufacturing and production companies with significant experience in managing management systems.
• Lead Auditor qualification on at least three certification schemes, preferably between ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001; further qualifications on other accredited schemes will be considered a plus.
• Proven experience in planning, conducting and managing third party audits at organizations in different industrial sectors.
• Training certificates for Lead Auditors ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 19011 issued by accredited bodies.
• Good knowledge of the English language, at least at B2 written and spoken level.
• Availability to travel within the national territory.
