Role Summary

• Location: Remote (LATAM)
• Work Modality: Remote
• Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week, Monday–Friday)
• Rate: Up to USD 20/hour
• Role Purpose

The Senior MuleSoft Developer will design, build, deploy, and support cloud-based integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform . This role requires strong experience in API development, system integrations, cloud environments, and collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform on Cloud.
• Build sync and async APIs and microservices following the XAPI / PAPI / SAPI model.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and define integration specs.
• Support the creation of frameworks for error handling, logging, monitoring, and notifications .
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integrations for performance and reliability.
• Document APIs, integration flows, and technical specifications.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices and coding standards.
• Support and maintain existing integrations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a MuleSoft Developer or in a similar integration role.
• Strong knowledge of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform , including API Manager, Runtime Manager, CloudHub 2.0, Exchange, API Designer, DataWeave, and Anypoint Studio .
• Experience with RESTful and SOAP web services .
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript , or similar languages.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure , or other cloud environments.
• Knowledge of SQL / NoSQL databases and data integration techniques.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Advanced English level.

Preferred Skills

• MuleSoft Developer certification is a plus.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and Agile methodologies .
• Experience with connectors such as Amazon Lambda, DynamoDB, DocuSign, SFTP, Power BI, Teams, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, and XML/JSON modules .
