Methods Engineer / Technician

Role Summary

Be part of a team that takes innovation in materials engineering and manufacturing processes to a new level. We are looking for an experienced specialist who will be responsible for material quality, laboratory testing and development project support.

How can you contribute to our success?

Quality control of materials during production processes.

Quality control of impregnation and impregnated materials.

Testing material samples as part of input and output control (identification of materials, creation of data sheets, etc.).

Elaboration of material certificates.

Cooperation on project management (EU projects, Slovak Academy of Sciences, R&D Wabtec) including the processing of related documentation.

Cooperation with the department in creating impregnation protocols, measuring material samples and consulting results.

Operation of laboratory equipment, commissioning of new equipment and creation of work instructions and procedures.

Requirements

• What do we expect from you?
• University education in a technical field (engineering or chemistry) at least first degree.
• Experience in a similar position is an advantage, but the position is also suitable for graduates

English language at least B1 level

• Analytical thinking, technical ability and attention to detail.
• The ability to solve tasks independently, but at the same time to work effectively in a team.
• Positive and professional approach to work in an open office environment.
