Medical Biologist F/M, Le Mans

Role Summary

In a context marked by the acceleration of our development throughout the national territory, we are looking for a Medical Biologist F/M to take part in the opening of a group of laboratories in the Sarthe sector (Le Mans region).

A true entrepreneur at heart, you like to explore new concepts and have a pronounced taste for adventure.

As a Medical Biologist, your main role is to supervise all site activities and teams under your responsibility. You are in contact with patients and colleagues for reception and medical advice before and after the analyses. In close collaboration with the President of SELAS, you actively participate in the creation of the technical platform and the development of peripheral sites.

As a true manager, you support your team in its activity and manage the life of the laboratory.

You will work in close partnership with your peers also involved in the development of the network in other regions, as well as with support services (Works, IT, Finance, HR, etc.).

Requirements

• Doctorate in medicine or pharmacy + DES or CES Medical Biology.
• Beyond your diploma, you are ambitious and want to shake things up in a rapidly structuring organization.
