Responsibilities

Your tasks on deck

• You plan, coordinate and are responsible for interesting online and offline marketing projects and campaigns that are aimed at the medical and therapeutic environment (doctors, nutritionists, therapists, pharmacies, etc.).
• You are responsible for planning and implementing direct marketing and email marketing measures, creating mailings, newsletters, B2B customer journeys and materials for the sales team.
• You implement your creative ideas independently - individually or in collaboration with the marketing team and graphic designers.
• You will coordinate the creation and production of printed marketing materials, including displays, flyers, posters and other promotional materials.
• You will play an important interface role between the marketing team, the pharmacy sales team and the team that works with experts.
• You manage projects in collaboration with agencies and external service providers and ensure their smooth and timely implementation.

You coordinate the publication of advertisements and editorial articles in specialist magazines and plan and implement campaigns to promote webinars for specialist circles. You manage the company's presence on online sales platforms and comparison portals and maintain contact with large online pharmacies.

Requirements

This is what we expect from you

• You have a degree in marketing, communications, management, nutritional sciences, healthcare or a related field. Alternatively, you have completed vocational training and relevant professional experience.
• You already have 2-3 years of experience in direct marketing; experience in working with online pharmacies is also welcome.
• You have very good project management and organizational skills.
• You are characterized by a high level of textual competence, have a feel for aesthetics, graphics and layout and are confident in using the MS Office package.
• You work proactively, independently and with strong implementation skills with a real “doer mentality” and enrich the team through open communication, the ability to give feedback and thinking outside the box.
• You are interested in the topics of health and nutrition and approach them with enthusiasm.
