Role Summary

Mission

Act as the marketing communications business partner for Singapore, translating business priorities into integrated marketing and communications initiatives that strengthen Schneider Electric's brand, drive customer engagement, generate demand, and support business growth.

Lead the execution and measurement of integrated marketing campaigns through close collaboration with business stakeholders, regional Centers of Excellence (CoEs), global teams and agency partners.

Responsibilities

Business Partnership & Marketing Planning

  • Partner with Business Leaders, Sales Leaders and Country Leadership Team to align marketing priorities with business objectives and growth ambitions.
  • Contribute to the Annual Marketing & Sales Planning (AMSP) process and drive execution of agreed country marketing plans.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations based on business priorities, customer insights, market trends and campaign performance.
  • Ensure marketing investments are aligned with strategic priorities and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Integrated Marketing & Customer Engagement

  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and customer engagement programs across events, digital marketing, social media, thought leadership, PR and content marketing.
  • Collaborate with Segment, Offer, Digital Marketing, Corporate Communications and Sales teams to deliver customer-centric campaigns that drive engagement, lead generation and pipeline contribution.
  • Plan and execute strategic customer events, industry conferences, tradeshows, executive roundtables and digital experiences to maximize business impact.

Brand, Communications & Thought Leadership

  • Strengthen Schneider Electric's brand reputation, market visibility and share of voice within Singapore.
  • Identify and drive opportunities to enhance thought leadership across key industry and customer segments.

Digital Marketing & Performance Management

  • Drive adoption of digital-first marketing practices and customer-centric engagement strategies.
  • Leverage marketing technologies, automation platforms, analytics and AI-enabled solutions to improve campaign effectiveness, customer journeys and marketing productivity.
  • Monitor, analyze and report marketing performance against agreed KPIs, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve business impact.

Governance & Operational Excellence

  • Ensure compliance with Schneider Electric brand guidelines, communication policies, data privacy requirements and marketing governance processes.
  • Manage campaign documentation, budgets and performance reporting in accordance with company requirements.
  • Promote continuous improvement, best practices and operational excellence across marketing activities.

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.

  • 5-8 years of experience in Marketing Communications, Digital Marketing, Integrated Marketing or related disciplines.
  • Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Experience working with cross-functional business stakeholders and external agencies.
  • Experience using marketing technology platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Cvent and iCapture for campaign execution, event management, lead capture and reporting is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams.
  • Familiarity with creative design and content development tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud is an advantage.
  • B2B marketing experience preferred.
