Role Summary

Carry out adequate control of the packaging process and the quality of the decorated containers.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out sampling every 60 minutes to check attributes of the containers
  • Carry out measurements of variables with specific frequencies and record them in EASIER
  • Contribute to the prevention, identification, management and solution of production, equipment and information systems problems.
  • Make the decision to accept or reject production according to the result of the sampling plan and the resistance tests that are carried out.
  • Perform regressive audits of packaged production in search of the origin of defects
  • Properly operate systems and equipment for production packaging
  • Actively participate in the maintenance and reference changes of the machines
  • Control and properly use packaging materials
  • Comply with and promote compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
  • Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area.

Requirements

  • Mechanical and/or electrical technical bachelor.
  • Minimum two years in productive processes in the manufacturing industry.

Specific knowledge

  • SGI policy and objectives.
  • Good manufacturing practices.
  • -Environmental management and/or ISO 14001 standard, basic level specifically environmental aspects and impacts.
  • Management of hazardous and non-hazardous waste
  • OHS risk perception
