Role Summary
During your internship, you will maintain, revise and ensure the quality of content in ServiceNow, making a significant contribution to the consistent and user-friendly global presence of our platform.
As part of rework measures, you check, structure and update existing content in close coordination with those responsible for the respective topics.
As part of the global MyHR team, you support the training of our international editors, participate in the preparation, implementation and further development of training measures and communicate with colleagues worldwide.
You contribute your ideas and know-how to the conception and creation of communication materials.
Last but not least, you will edit, publish and revise content in MyHR in your day-to-day business and gain exciting insights into the diverse topics of human resources.
Requirements
- Education: Studies in media and communication sciences, business administration, information management or comparable
- Experience and know-how: confident use of MS Office; Initial experience with content management systems is an advantage
- Personality and way of working: you work carefully, structured and independently. You have a strong interest in editorial tasks and enjoy working with content and always maintain an eye for detail and quality
Day-to-day work: Presence in the office is sometimes required
- Enthusiasm: you are interested in familiarizing yourself with new topics and have an openness and willingness to learn when working with ServiceNow and digital platforms
