Role Summary
During your internship, you will work on exciting topics related to customer strategy, customer experience and technical acquisition management and support our team in advancing innovative ADAS software and AI-based functions for automated driving and parking. You will work on customer and business development projects in cross-functional and international teams - including analyzing customer and market requirements and translating them into customer-centric solutions. In addition, you will support the preparation and moderation of strategy, acquisition and UX workshops as well as selected customer experience activities. You will drive the further development of our digital pre-sales activities, including LinkedIn, analyze relevant KPIs, identify and share best practices. You will also support customer acquisition and development projects, for example through budget tracking, project setup and the further development of processes and tools for acquisition, budgeting and planning activities. Finally, you will research and analyze market, customer and technology trends in the areas of mobility, ADAS and AI, support the positioning of innovative product solutions and use modern AI tools for analyzes and the preparation of knowledge.
Requirements
Education: Studies in the field of industrial engineering, business informatics, business administration/economics, engineering, psychology, human factors or a comparable qualification
Experience and knowledge: Confident use of MS Office; Interest in and initial experience in using modern AI solutions; ideally practical experience in the areas of mobility, sales, product management, business development or UX; Experience with LinkedIn or digital pre-sales and business development activities is an advantage
- Personality and way of working: You are communicative, committed, creative and responsible, work analytically, structured and independently and enjoy working together in international teams
- Working model: Your presence on site is required
- Languages: Fluent in German and English
