Responsibilities

What Your Impact Will Be

  • Lead and manage a regional Games design team across Asia, providing mentorship and direction
  • Oversee development of packaging and creative assets from concept to production
  • Ensure alignment with brand standards, timelines, and business objectives
  • Collaborate with global and regional cross-functional teams
  • Manage external vendors and production partners
  • Provide clear and strong creative direction
  • Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables
  • Drive operational excellence by optimizing workflows, reducing revision cycles, and ensuring high-quality deliverables
  • Identify process improvements and innovation opportunities
  • Support product launches and key presentations

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in toys, games, or consumer products
  • 5 years leadership experience
  • Degree in Graphic Design or related field
  • Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills
  • Knowledge of packaging and print production
  • Strong communication and presentation
