We are looking for an experienced personality in strategic communication for our partner.

The organization plays a central role in the digitalization of the German healthcare system. This is where digitalization, healthcare, politics, regulation and a variety of different interests come together.

A task with impact

You work on topics at the interface of digitalization and healthcare and design communication in an environment with high social relevance.

Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for strategic external communication - from the development of overarching messages to consistent implementation across different channels.
  • You develop stories and content and translate complex topics into understandable and target group-oriented communication.
  • You design and maintain exchanges with stakeholders and multipliers and support the expansion of relevant communication networks.
  • You coordinate and moderate events and support communication appearances by management and management.
  • You classify communication content with regard to internal guidelines and sensitive information.
  • You manage external service providers and agencies and represent communication topics to various internal and external stakeholders.
  • You bring in new ideas and contribute to the further development of communication work.

Creative scope and responsibility

You take responsibility for strategic communication and have the opportunity to actively shape topics and contribute your own ideas.

Requirements

  • Completed university studies in communication, media, public relations, journalism, marketing or a comparable field.
  • Several years of professional experience in strategic and operational communications work.
  • Experience in a complex, regulated or political environment.
  • Ideally experience or industry knowledge in healthcare, healthcare, digital health, digitization, politics, public affairs or a communications or PR agency.
  • Experience in dealing with different stakeholders and ideally with authorities or institutional actors.
  • A good understanding of strategic external communication and a keen sense of sensitive communication content.
  • Experience in working with executives and management and ideally in moderating events.
  • An independent, structured and proactive way of working with the willingness to advance topics independently.
  • Confident appearance, strong communication skills and the ability to win over different people for topics.
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written.
