We are currently looking for a Maintenance Technician
Responsibilities
- Detecting, diagnosing and removing failures and irregularities in the operation of production machines and devices, in particular in the area of automation, control and compressed air installations
- Maintaining production machines and equipment in the required technical condition and ensuring their continuous, safe and effective operation
- Ensuring proper operating parameters of machines and devices in accordance with technological requirements
- Carrying out preventive activities and planned technical inspections in the field of automation and electrical engineering
- Carrying out maintenance activities, both preventive and related to removing failures and faults, also at subcontracting companies (in the area of mechanics and electrical engineering)
- Using the warehouse of spare parts and consumables in accordance with applicable procedures
- Ensuring the proper use of machines, devices and tools by production employees
- Maintaining and updating the required technical documentation
- Preparing and submitting proposals for improvements and modernization of machines and devices operating on production lines
- Participation in continuous improvement activities and implementation of management system requirements consistent with standards
- ISO 45001: 2018, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 50001:2018
- Implementation of activities related to improving occupational health and safety, environmental protection and energy efficiency
- Compliance with applicable laws, corporate guidelines and internal company procedures
Requirements
- Secondary or higher technical education (Automation, Mechatronics or related)
- SEP permissions
- Experience in repairing machines and devices (mechanics/electrics)
- Very good knowledge of automation, pneumatics and electrical engineering
- Ability to read technical documentation and electrical diagrams
- Basic knowledge of production processes and health and safety rules
- Knowledge of English is desirable
