About the position

We are looking for an ML Engineer with knowledge in generative models and agent construction, to develop solutions based on LLMs with direct impact on the product.

The role is aimed at profiles that work at the intersection between development, data and artificial intelligence, being responsible for designing and implementing applications that use models such as GPT, Claude or open-source, integrating them into real business flows.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions based on LLMs (GPT, Claude or others).
• Build agents and conversational flows, managing context, prompts and memory.
• Integrate AI services through APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure AI).
• Work with structured and unstructured data to enrich the system's capabilities.
• Iterate on models and prompts based on user feedback and metrics.
• Optimize performance, response quality and inference cost.
• Ensure good security, privacy and responsible use practices of AI.
• Collaborate with product and business teams to define use cases and solutions.

Requirements

• + 3 years of experience developing applications based on generative models (LLMs) such as GPT, Claude or others, bringing them to productive environments.
• Experience integrating artificial intelligence services through APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure AI or others).
• Experience building agents or conversational flows, including prompt, context, and memory management.
• Knowledge of embeddings and/or information recovery architectures (RAG).
• Experience working with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
• Experience using Azure cloud services for deployment and operation of solutions.
• Experience iterating on models based on metrics and user feedback, optimizing quality and costs.
