The Turbine Production Plant in Elbląg has been operating since 1948, and today it operates under the banner of the global concern GE Vernova. It produces complete steam turbines for steam, gas and nuclear power plants. It produces complete steam turbines of various power as well as modules, components and spare parts, using innovative technological solutions.

Thanks to this, steam turbines manufactured by a branch of GE Power sp. z o. o. in Elbląg are sent to power plants around the world.

Due to the increase in the number of production projects, we employ employees for both production and office positions.

• permission to operate lifting equipment from the working level
• ability to operate numerically controlled machines.

Responsibilities

Tasks and responsibilities

• implementation of the grinding process (manual and machine) in accordance with the assumptions of the technical documentation, internal standards, production schedules and health and safety regulations applicable to a given position;
• active participation in revising current work standards, creating new ones and in improving work at one's own workplace and workplace;
• reporting and recording all problems occurring in the workplace immediately after they occur;
• carrying out transport operations in the workplace area using lifting equipment, i.e. overhead crane, crane, pallet truck

Requirements

• knowledge and ability to read technological documentation,
• knowledge and ability to operate measuring instruments and the ability to interpret measurement results,
• ability to work in a team,
• high manual skills, accuracy, precision,
• availability and readiness to work in a 3-shift work system or an equivalent system in accordance with the Employer's needs.
