Role Summary
Manage access, maintain and monitor the SLIM G6 system to ensure its functionality and stability.
Monitor the integrity of master data (clients, methods, instruments).
Train users in the use of the LIMS system and equipment with SLIM interfaces.
Resolve complex incidents and coordinate support with global IT.
Create, maintain and manage methods (schemes), templates and quality controls (QA/QC, SPC).
Validate connection of laboratory equipment for automatic data transfer.
Monitor the use of the system to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations (ISO, Good Laboratory Practices).
Prepare reports for internal and external audits.
Authorize creation and modification of methods (schemes) and critical templates.
Validate connection of new equipment to the SLIM G6 system.
Approve changes to LIMS-related procedures prior to implementation.
Prioritize incidents and assign resources for their resolution.
Requirements
Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related careers.
- LabWare LIMS Certification (desirable)
- ISO 17025 (Test and calibration laboratories). Basic level
- Databases (basic/intermediate SQL), intermediate
- Intermediate level English
