Role Summary

YOU...

• You are responsible for overall technical responsibility for demanding software development projects
• acts as a technical interface between customers, departments and development teams
• analyze customer requirements and develop sustainable solutions
• designs and implements modern software architectures
• develop scalable cloud and web applications in the Microsoft environment
• lead and technically coordinate national and international teams
• take over the coaching of software engineers
• Supports pre-sales activities, customer workshops and quotation processes
• advises customers on modern technologies, cloud solutions and AI strategies
• ensure quality standards, best practices and technical excellence
• actively develop complex software solutions

Requirements

YOU...

• You have in-depth professional experience in software development as well as in a technical lead or architecture role
• you have very good knowledge of C#, .NET / .NET Core, Angular, Microsoft Azure or REST APIs and modern software architectures
• have experience in designing and building enterprise applications
• have experience in technical project coordination and stakeholder management
• have proven mentoring and coaching experience
• Ideally, you have experience in customer advice or pre-sales support
• You are characterized by a proactive, solution-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset
• you have strong communication skills and a confident demeanor
• you speak German and English very well

Salary

For this position, an annual gross salary of €70,000 or more applies according to the collective agreement for employees in the metal industry. Depending on qualifications, experience and professional background, there is a clear willingness to overpay.
