We are opening a vacancy for Lawyer Ukraine.

This role involves full legal support of the company's activities, minimization of legal risks, support of marketing, commercial and corporate projects, as well as interaction with state authorities. The position involves active cooperation with business units, a high level of autonomy in decision-making and responsibility for the quality of legal opinions.

• Discipline (ability to strictly adhere to deadlines);
• Independence and at the same time the ability to work in a team;
• Understanding the principles of confidentiality and working with personal data;

Stress resistance, the ability to work with a large amount of information and perform many tasks at the same time (multitasking).

Responsibilities

• Full legal support of the company's activities;
• Minimization of legal risks;
• Support of the company's marketing, commercial and corporate projects;
• Ensuring interaction with state bodies;
• Contract work of any complexity;

Active cooperation with business units.

Requirements

• Complete higher legal education;
• Work experience as a corporate lawyer or Legal Counsel from 3 years;
• Experience in supporting the economic activity of a business;
• Experience in contractual work of high complexity;
• Ability to conduct research (analysis) upon request and prepare a high-quality written response;
• Analytical thinking and high attention to detail;

Excellent communication skills, competent oral and written language.

It will be an advantage

• Work experience in the tourism sector (understanding the specifics of a tour operator);
• Time management and prioritization skills (time management);
• Ability to manage a conversation, work with objections and difficult clients;

Desire to develop in the tourism industry.
