Role Summary
- Carrying out incoming raw material inspections and quality tests during production in accordance with specifications
- Documentation and evaluation of results and observations using test protocols
- Support and close cooperation with production and development in identifying the causes of quality fluctuations
- Determination of physico-chemical properties of reactive resins (polyurethanes, epoxy resins, acrylate resins)
- Carrying out wet chemical analyzes and using instrumental analysis
As part of your tasks, you will work closely with other departments such as goods receipt, production, shipping and development.
Support in optimizing quality processes
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a chemical laboratory technician (m/f/d), building materials tester (m/f/d) or comparable training
- Sound knowledge of wet chemical analysis
- Ideally, you already have experience in testing and using
- Acquire building products.
- You have very good knowledge of German and good English.
- Ideally, you have experience in dealing with SAP systems and the
- common MS Office applications.
- Structured, independent and careful way of working
- Ability to work in a team and sense of responsibility
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system (Mon-Fri)
