L1- Reports Engineer (m/w/d) at Boardwise in Germany.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for inquiries from our customers
• Clear, friendly and structured communication with customers
• Analyzing and resolving incoming customer support tickets
• Creation and customization of reports using Handlebars.js according to customer requirements
• Support with questions about software configuration
• Identification of problems and collection of relevant technical information
• Recognize when an escalation to Level 2 or the product team is necessary
• Structured documentation of problems and solutions
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction through timely communication

Requirements

• Very good communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-oriented and structured way of working
• Strong troubleshooting mindset and enjoy identifying causes
• Basic knowledge of Handlebars.js or comparable templating languages (or willingness to learn the ropes quickly)
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• German at native level or fluent
• Good knowledge of English
• First experience in creating or adapting reports/templates (e.g., HTML/CSS)
• Basic understanding of web applications
• Basic knowledge of M365, APIs and HTTP status codes
• Experience in software configuration and identity access management
• Basic security awareness (passwords, phishing, safe device usage)
