Kods AI - Sr Fullstack Engineer (AI Native)

Role Summary

At Kods.AI https: //kods.ai we are looking for a Full Stack Senior with a product mindset, passionate about building high-quality software and using artificial intelligence tools as part of their daily development flow.

We want to add someone who can move comfortably from the frontend to the infrastructure, designing scalable architectures and participating in all stages of development. More than someone who simply programs, we are looking for a person capable of solving complex problems using the best tools available.

Artificial Intelligence

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable web applications.
• Participate in the design of software architecture.
• Implement and deploy cloud-native services.
• Work alongside the engineering and business team to convert ideas into functionalities.
• Integrate AI models, conversational agents and generative AI solutions within products.
• Optimize performance, scalability and infrastructure costs.
• Automate processes using AI and modern development tools.
• Participate in code reviews and define good engineering practices.

Requirements

EXCLUSIVE REQUIREMENTS

AI

• Advanced and daily use of AI-assisted development tools.
• Experience using tools such as Claude, Codex, Cursor or similar as part of the programming workflow.
• Ability to generate, review, refactor and accelerate development using AI.

Backend

• Solid experience with one of the following languages: ○ Python ○ TypeScript ○ Go (Golang)
• Knowledge of REST and/or GraphQL API design.
• Architecture based on microservices.

Databases

• Experience working with: Relational databases (PostgreSQL)
• NoSQL databases (MongoDB)
• Knowledge of: Data modeling, Query optimization, Indexing, Migrations

Cloud & Infrastructure

Experience or knowledge in

• Generative AI
• LLMs
• Prompt Engineering

-AI Agents

• Conversational agents
• Integration with language model APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini or others)
• Modern protocols such as MCP (Model Context Protocol) and agent orchestration tools (e.g. LangGraph or similar) are a plus.
