Responsibilities

Job duties

  • Conducting effective substantive promotion of entrusted preparations in the subordinate area.
  • Establishing and maintaining contacts with doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and billing departments, building AbbVie's reputation as a professional company providing the highest quality products, health solutions and service.
  • Achievement of set sales goals.
  • Participation in additional projects within the company.
  • Implementation of the assumptions of the marketing strategy by actively using promotional materials.
  • Monitoring the market activities of competing entrepreneurs and sharing information with the team and direct superior.
  • Active monitoring of tenders in all hospitals in its area of work, based on publicly available information (concerning people working in hospitals).
  • Regular monitoring of the use of contracts in all hospitals in their area of work in a given therapeutic area, based on publicly available information and reports of the National Health Fund.
  • Implementation of the promotional budget in accordance with the assumptions.
  • Cooperation with external clients and involving them in company projects within the region/product group.
  • Co-organizing promotional initiatives, workshops, conferences, congresses in your region, as well as supporting central activities.
  • Processing activities in the field of documentation, information and communication with customers
  • Preparing the Regional Business Plan and discussing it on an ongoing basis with the superior.
  • Openness to changes in structure caused by strategy requirements.
  • Timely settlement of expenses, initiation of all activities in the required systems in accordance with compliance principles.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar position in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Ability to work with drug programs.
  • Communication skills.
  • Medical-product knowledge and market knowledge.
  • Territory and customer management.
  • Higher education.
  • Communicative knowledge of languages. English.
  • Driving license.
