Role Summary
The Key Account Materialist (KA) for Chain and Specialty Stores plays a critical role in our organization as they have the important responsibility of managing and developing key accounts for professional distributors and specialty stores. This position requires a strategic approach to drive channel growth and strengthen the brand's presence in the country.
Strategically manage and cultivate key accounts for professional distributors and specialty stores, ensuring optimal business results.
Implement comprehensive strategies to drive channel growth and strengthen the brand's position in the market within the country.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to deliver high-impact training and identify significant business opportunities that align with company objectives.
Assume full responsibility for meeting and exceeding sales and profitability objectives, directly contributing to the company's financial success.
Provide in-depth and comprehensive technical and business support to key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
Cultivate and maintain strategic, long-term business relationships within the construction, industrial and retail sectors, positioning the company for sustained growth and market leadership.
Requirements
Academic Training
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture or related careers.
- Additional training in strategic sales, negotiation or key account management is desirable.
Work Experience
- Minimum experience of 3 to 5 years in consultative sales positions, Key Account Management or channel development.
- Proven experience managing key accounts for chains, professional distributors or specialty stores.
- Previous experience in the construction, industrial or specialized retail sectors (highly desirable).
- Demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding sales and profitability objectives.
- Technical Knowledge
- Strategic key account management (KAM).
- Development and growth of distribution channels.
- Analysis of sales, profitability and commercial plans by account.
- Basic-intermediate knowledge of technical products (construction materials, industrial or related solutions).
- Mastery of commercial management and CRM tools.
- Intermediate-advanced command of Excel and executive presentations.

Benefits
Indefinite term contract
- Workday Monday to Friday from 7 to 5 pm with availability to attend events on weekends.
- Base Salary + Variable + Per diem + Work tools and additional benefits to those required by law
