Role Summary

Manage and develop strategic relationships with the main cement and concrete customers, maximizing sales, profitability and loyalty.

Act as the main point of contact with clients, ensuring effective communication and timely attention to their needs.

Build solid relationships with key decision makers (general management, plant management, technical areas, purchasing and senior management).

Identify opportunities for growth and increased market share within assigned accounts.

Develop and implement key account plans, including business objectives, projections and short, medium and long-term strategies.

Work in a coordinated manner with the technical, quality and commercial teams to provide comprehensive technical support.

Design and propose customized solutions for additives and mixtures, aimed at improving the performance, sustainability and cost efficiency of concrete.

Conduct technical presentations, on-site support, and resolve issues related to product performance.

Stay updated on new technologies and trends in the cement and concrete market.

Manage dosing equipment and tank needs for efficient additive delivery.

Manage complaints and claims, guaranteeing high levels of customer satisfaction and sustainable business relationships.

Requirements

Academic Training

  • Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Architecture or related careers.
  • Additional training in Construction, Concrete, Materials or Quality Control is desirable.
  • Minimum experience of 3 years in technical-commercial positions, technical sales or key account management.
  • Proven experience in the concrete, cement or construction materials sector.
  • Experience in serving and developing industrial clients, concrete plants or construction projects.
  • History of meeting sales and profitability objectives.
  • Technical Knowledge

Solid knowledge in

  • Ready-mixed concrete and production processes.
  • Additives for concrete and cement.
  • Concrete quality and performance tests.
  • Interpretation of technical standards (ASTM, ACI or others).
  • Ability to develop personalized technical solutions according to the client's needs.
  • Intermediate-advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with CRM or business management tools is desirable.
