Role Summary

1. Establish contact with the group's key decision-making customers, explore customer needs, formulate annual strategic cooperation plans, design innovative and customized project activities, and drive business growth
2. Keep abreast of information about competing products in the market, formulate response strategies, and win market share
3. Coordinate the resources of various departments of the company, establish long-term cooperative relationships with group customers, and lay the foundation for new product cooperation.
4. Maintain close communication and cooperation with the business sales team, summarize and replicate successful experiences, and establish a KA business cooperation model.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above;
• More than 5 years of sales experience, more than 2 years of sales experience in medical beauty-related products, foreign top sales are preferred;
• Good communication, presentation, negotiation and persuasion skills
• Excellent customer maintenance awareness and ability, good organizational coordination and interpersonal communication skills
• Rigorous logical thinking and analytical judgment skills;
• Excellent problem-solving and adaptability to complex situations;
• Good awareness and ability of cross-departmental cooperation
