Junior Recruiter

Role Summary

We’re building a team where everyone can grow fast — and now we’re looking for a Junior Recruiter ready to start this journey.

You’ll work side by side with experienced recruiters, learn sourcing tools and hiring processes from scratch.

Some experience is a plus, but we’re open to motivated newcomers who are eager to learn and take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Full recruitment cycle — from sourcing and first contact to pre-boarding of candidates.
• Work with ATS (Teamtailor), dashboards, and automation tools to keep processes structured.
• Cooperate with hiring managers, adjust and improve search strategies.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and ensure smooth communication with candidates.
• Create a positive candidate experience and contribute to the employer brand development.

Requirements

YOU’RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU HAVE

• 0.5–2 years of experience in recruitment or sourcing (or strong motivation to start your career in this field).
• Proactivity and the ability to manage your time effectively.
• Excellent communication skills.
• English level Upper-Intermediate or higher.
• Desire to learn fast, take initiative, and grow into a full-cycle recruiter.
